Senior Associate – FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

About the role

The Senior Associate – FF&E leads the planning, procurement and delivery of all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment for new store openings, remodel projects and existing locations. Working closely with Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Brand teams, you will ensure that FF&E packages are standardized, cost‑effective, compliant and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end FF&E activities for new store openings, remodels and existing stores, maintaining schedules and procurement trackers.
• Forecast bulk requirements, prepare orders with Procurement and Supply Chain, and monitor warehouse inventory levels.
• Manage vendor invoicing, verify completeness of supporting documents and resolve discrepancies with Project Managers.
• Initiate BPM requests for asset release, arrange insurance documentation and oversee project close‑out handover to Operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement on rate contracts, generate purchase requisitions, and support vendor pre‑qualification and performance evaluation.
• Work with Finance to allocate budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping schedules, customs documentation (if applicable) and ensure timely delivery to sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating FF&E for retail store openings or remodel projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management and budget control.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Project, Design, MEP, Finance and Operations teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and invoicing.
