Senior B2B Sales Executive – Home Furniture

About the role

The Senior B2B Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Safat Home by targeting architects, consultants, and contractors across large commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC. This role combines market prospecting, relationship management, and end‑to‑end sales execution to secure product specifications and deliver successful installations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors to have Safat Home tiles, sanitary ware, and furniture specified in project tenders.
• Research upcoming commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Expand and leverage an existing network of site engineers, developers, and contractors to generate direct sales and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for volume, value, and profit margins.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry, quotation, technical presentation, negotiation, to contract closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing, providing feedback to Category and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate closely with Delivery and Installation departments to ensure project timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, follow payment terms, and report progress to the B2B Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven project sales experience in the building materials industry.
• Strong portfolio of contacts among architects, consultants, and contractors in Kuwait/GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and transferable visa (Article 18).
