Senior Business Manager – Energy Storage

About the role

This fully remote, field‑based position is responsible for driving the growth of our energy storage portfolio across Kuwait and the wider region. You will lead market development, manage key customer relationships, and execute the company’s international expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the market for energy storage products, achieving defined sales targets.
• Conduct customer development, commercial negotiations, and maintain detailed client files.
• Assist distributors and partners in planning and executing market‑expansion strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, regulations, and provide actionable market insights.
• Design and implement long‑term overseas market development plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closure—and support the creation of localized marketing materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science, engineering, or related marketing fields.
• Proven experience in the new‑energy sector, especially photovoltaic or energy‑storage markets, with existing customer and project resources.
• Strong English communication skills and fluency in the local language of the target market.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and stable career history.
