Senior Cloud Solution Architect (Copilot & Agents)

About the role

Join Microsoft as a Senior Cloud Solution Architect focused on Copilot and AI agents. You will work within Customer Success to turn AI concepts into measurable business value for enterprise clients, guiding them from strategy through deployment and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents that integrate directly into customers' workflows, and coach teams to build their own agents.
• Leverage market insights to identify technical upskilling needs and mentor peers on security, resilience, and AI best practices.
• Identify cross‑solution opportunities, consult strategically with customers, and advocate for solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Guide customers in deploying secure, resilient, AI‑enabled cloud solutions and prepare them for long‑term operational readiness.
• Lead and mentor virtual teams, share strategic insights, and contribute to scalable models across the AI stack, including Copilot and agents.
• Detect and communicate gaps across business and technology, influencing product and process improvements that scale.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering cloud‑based AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to mentor and lead technical teams in complex scenarios.
