Senior Consultant (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms) – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from leading firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that include financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Break down each scenario into discrete consulting tasks such as market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to enable automated assessment of AI‑generated outputs.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure the scenarios align with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models, conduct market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
