Senior Field Service Representative - Vehicle Sustainment

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to join its vehicle sustainment team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The selected candidate provides maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. The position is full-time and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and manage the maintenance operations for assigned TDL organizations.
• Provide maintenance support covering operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems down to component level.
• Apply industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Documented HEMTT experience on A0, A2 and A4 models.
• Experience with non-tactical/commercial vehicle fleets and/or military equipment such as light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or diesel/gasoline-powered equipment.
• Current and active passport valid at least one year beyond the start date, and a valid driver's license for the location of work.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance before starting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, kneel, lift 50 lbs, work in high noise areas and work with computers and keyboards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and welding.
• Technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.
• Willingness to travel to various U.S. or OCONUS locations (preferred).

• Projected compensation range of $44,500 to $74,900, depending on experience, skills, location and contract wage determination.
