Senior IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality end-user assistance, manage daily IT operations and ensure the stability of corporate systems. The role serves as an escalation point for complex issues and contributes to continuous improvement of the support function.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Handle support requests via ticketing system, email, phone and other channels while meeting service targets.
• Configure, deploy, image and maintain end-user devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Assist with identity and access management using Azure AD/Entra, MFA, group policies and user lifecycle processes.
• Perform first-line network troubleshooting for Wi‑Fi, switches, access points, VPN and printers.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements and warranty cases.
• Maintain IT asset tracking, documentation and participate in on-call rotation.
• Contribute to incident management, root‑cause analysis and service‑desk improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Strong background in Windows operating systems and endpoint support.
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Experience in hybrid or cloud‑connected environments is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Network+, CCNA) are advantageous.
