Senior Leadership – Logistics, Building Materials & ELV Systems

About the role

We are expanding our operations in Kuwait and are looking for senior leaders to establish and grow three key divisions: Logistics & Import/Export, Building Materials & MEP Products, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems. The successful candidates will build departments from the ground up, design scalable processes, and drive long‑term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic vision for the assigned division.
• Set up operational workflows, SOPs, reporting systems and departmental structures.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities, including freight operations, customs clearance, procurement, vendor development and client relationship management.
• Lead commercial development, tendering, quotation preparation and pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with global agents, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Recruit, mentor and supervise multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior‑level experience in the relevant sector (logistics, building materials, MEP or ELV).
• Proven track record of building and leading operational divisions.
• Strong business development and commercial acumen.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management capabilities.
