Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will oversee and coordinate advertising, promotions, and strategic initiatives to ensure effective media execution, enhance customer experience, and support overall brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in developing annual budgets and strategies and ensure implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the annual advertising and promotion schedule and secure necessary licenses from the Ministry of Commerce.
• Oversee implementation of approved media plans and special campaigns with advertising agencies, reconciling monthly media expenses.
• Proofread advertising and marketing materials, make corrections, and submit for approval.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for promotional activities and verify proper installation of Point‑of‑Sale Materials in showrooms.
• Ensure vehicle catalogs and specifications are consistent across all channels, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance digital customer experience, manage social media content and website updates.
• Supervise the Omotenashi project, conduct surveys, and implement improvements.
• Manage logistics for special events, including venue booking, display management, and coordination with event partners.
• Select and manage inventory of promotional gifts, ensuring stock availability and timely distribution.
• Prepare monthly reports for Lexus campaigns, attend international calls, and follow up on requests.
• Develop and enforce branding guidelines for accessories, ensuring proper visual merchandising across locations.
• Conduct site visits to collect feedback from sales and service teams and compile recommendations.
• Review processes and activities, recommend improvements, and monitor implementation.
