- Retail lending and financing products
- Repayment schedules and interest/profit calculations
- CBK lending regulations and guidelines
- Credit risk policies and loan documentation
- Islamic financing structures (Tawarruq, Murabaha)
- Core banking system UAT and change requests
- Branch inquiries related to financing and special rate requests
- MIS reporting and portfolio profitability analysis
