Senior Operations Manager

About the role

A leading printing and signage solutions company in Kuwait seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, production, and client project delivery across multiple branches.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring production and delivery timelines are met.
• Lead production and office teams, including designers, production staff, and installers.
• Manage printing and signage materials such as Flex, Vinyl, Acrylic, ACP, and Digital Printing.
• Handle vendor relations, procurement, material sourcing, and cost negotiations.
• Plan and execute client projects from quotation through delivery, including exhibitions, branding rollouts, and installations.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for wood, acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, and other fabrication materials.
• Monitor inventory, material usage, stock levels, and wastage across branches.
• Support hiring and staffing decisions for production and operations teams.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business.
• Report operational performance, challenges, and improvements to the General Manager.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in printing, signage, or events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and branch locations in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/business management systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Strong vendor negotiation and client communication abilities.
