Senior Payroll Specialist – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with Kuwait labor laws, social security requirements, and internal policies.
• Investigate, resolve, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports and documentation for management and audit purposes.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll adjustments, benefits, and deductions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and salary information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, labor law, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, or ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor law and social security regulations.
