Senior Performance Analyst

About the role

Boutiqaat, one of the Middle East's leading e-commerce platforms, is looking for an analytical, proactive and results-driven Senior Performance Analyst to join its Process Excellence team. The role monitors, analyzes and improves operational performance across business units and functions, working with stakeholders to strengthen performance visibility and support data-driven decisions on productivity, quality, efficiency and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports and KPI tracking frameworks.
• Analyze operational productivity, quality, service levels and performance against SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Consolidate performance data across business units to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead performance review meetings and conduct root-cause analysis to recommend corrective actions.
• Track improvement initiatives and support benchmarking, knowledge sharing and performance standardization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to find process and system inefficiencies and present actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in operational performance analysis, business analysis, performance reporting or process improvement.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce or retail operations is particularly valuable.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Strong PowerPoint and operational reporting skills.
• BI tools, dashboards or data visualization platforms preferred.
• Understanding of ERP and WMS systems, and strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs and productivity analysis.
