Senior Precast Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with extensive experience in precast manufacturing to lead production, design coordination, and site execution. The role involves ensuring high‑quality output, safety, and efficiency across all precast operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee precast production processes, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, structural designs, and casting plans.
• Manage production schedules and guarantee timely delivery of precast elements.
• Monitor project costs, materials, and resources while ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and supervisors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for effective project coordination.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost‑optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in precast construction or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of precast systems, molds, reinforcement, and concrete technology.
• Experience with shop drawings and design coordination.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ACI, BS, and Eurocodes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit.
• Knowledge of Tekla (advantageous).
• Understanding of ACI, BS, and Eurocode standards.
• Expertise in precast systems, molds, reinforcement, and concrete technology.
• Ability to work with shop drawings and design coordination tools.
