Senior Procurement Specialist – ESG (PL34)

About the role
Halliburton is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead ESG‑focused sourcing activities for its operations in Kuwait. You will work under general supervision to plan and execute procurement strategies that support manufacturing, field operations, and project management.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute sourcing of goods and services in line with Category Management policies.
- Create and manage RFQs, RFI, and RFP processes to secure optimal quality, delivery, and price.
- Implement local procurement agreements for items not covered by existing Category Management.
- Assess supplier performance, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle complex procurement operations and large‑scale expenditures.
- Mentor and develop less‑experienced Procurement Specialists.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within a service company.
- Advanced procurement certification is a plus.
