Senior Program Specialist

About the role

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to lead complex Extra‑Low Voltage (ELV) programs, primarily for airport projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of ELV projects using best‑in‑class methodologies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor monthly financial metrics such as revenue, margins, invoicing, and cash collection.
• Develop comprehensive Project Management Plans covering scope, execution, quality, and procurement.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and manage scope changes through variation orders.
• Collaborate early with Sales and Estimation teams during bidding and lead hand‑over processes.
• Track project performance against KPIs using Honeywell’s operating systems (e.g., Cora PPM).
• Coordinate all HSE activities with the HSE department to maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with ELV systems and software integrations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
• Experience managing large‑scale projects in airports, smart cities, or IoT domains.
• Strong contractual knowledge and ability to work with legal teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving, negotiation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
