Senior Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Executive will support the QA Manager in implementing, maintaining and continuously improving Alghanim's Food & Beverage quality system. This role works closely with store operations, suppliers and the support office to ensure food safety standards are met across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the QA Manager in applying Alghanim F&B brand standards and international quality requirements.
• Audit Alghanim stores and suppliers according to the Food Safety Checklist and yearly audit calendar.
• Monitor product quality, keep records and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Provide QA training and support to operations on new standards.
• Maintain organized QA documentation and coordinate laboratory analyses.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for operations leadership.
• Follow up on non‑conformities and corrective actions with the operations team.
• Collaborate with the training department to develop and implement QA training plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience in food & beverage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Adaptable, friendly and proactive attitude.
• Proficient in English and computer applications.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge and training.
