Senior Retail Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Retail Interior Designer to create bold, modern retail environments that drive customer engagement and sales. You will own projects from concept through to store opening, collaborating with contractors, mall authorities, and internal teams to deliver high‑impact spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging retail spaces such as kiosks, booths, shop‑in‑shop concepts and full store layouts.
• Produce complete design packages including layouts, 3D visuals, material specifications and technical drawings.
• Coordinate approvals with mall management, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee on‑site delivery, ensuring quality, timeline and budget compliance.
• Review shop drawings and contractor work to guarantee design intent.
• Resolve on‑site challenges quickly while maintaining design quality.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to handover.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong experience in retail or commercial interior design and execution.
• Ability to manage both design and on‑site delivery responsibilities.
• Good understanding of retail operations, branding and customer experience.
• Confident working with contractors, consultants and mall authorities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD.
• SketchUp, 3ds Max or Revit (or similar).
• Rendering tools such as V‑Ray, Lumion or Enscape.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic project tracking and documentation tools.
