Senior Sales Engineer – Sales Lead (HVAC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead after‑sales activities for HVAC equipment, specifically chillers, across the central region. The role combines hands‑on sales execution with strategic account development to grow our AMC (annual maintenance contract) base and secure retrofit projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet booking and revenue targets while maintaining gross profit levels.
• Increase customer penetration, win new contracts, and expand the AMC portfolio.
• Identify and secure repair and retrofit jobs for chillers.
• Analyse sales data to uncover potential and customer preferences.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage payment follow‑ups, including outstanding and expired bank guarantees.
• Lead techno‑commercial negotiations and obtain finance approvals.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and timely market feedback reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 10‑15 years of relevant HVAC OEM or services experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Sales Engineer in HVAC services or maintenance.
• Strong background in after‑sales, AMC, and retrofit projects for chillers.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using ERP software for sales and contract management.
