Senior Sales Executive - B2B Home Furniture

About the role

Safat Home is looking for a Senior Sales Executive - B2B to drive revenue growth by penetrating the architect, consultant and contractor markets. The role focuses on securing Safat Home's presence in large-scale commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC, and involves identifying key decision-makers, managing complex negotiations and coordinating delivery and installation internally.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with architects and consultants so that Safat Home products (tiles, sanitary ware and furniture) are specified in project tenders.
• Research and identify upcoming commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC to maintain a steady pipeline.
• Expand the network of contractors, site engineers and developers to secure direct sales and repeat business.
• Deliver and over-achieve monthly and annual sales targets in volume, value and profit margins.
• Lead the full sales process, from inquiry and quotation to technical presentation, negotiation and closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing and feed this back to the Category and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Installation to meet project timelines and keep customers satisfied.
• Stay informed on product availability, new arrivals and promotions with the Category and Marketing teams.
• Follow up sales orders, ensure accurate documentation and strict adherence to payment terms.
• Analyse sales results monthly and report project progress, market shifts and new initiatives to the B2B Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven project sales experience in the building materials industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong existing network of architects, consultants and contractors in the Kuwait/GCC region.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with strong presentation skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and a Transferable Visa (Article 18).

Required skills

• Specialised knowledge of tiles and sanitary ware is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
