Senior Sales – Kuwait

About the role

Classera, a leading EdTech provider in the MENA region, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to expand its footprint in Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving B2B and B2G revenue growth by promoting Classera’s digital learning solutions to government agencies and private enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the Kuwaiti market.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Present, demo, and position Classera’s SaaS and digital solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close strategic deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B and B2G sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Demonstrated success selling to government entities and large enterprises.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Kuwait as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
