About the role

Penspen, an energy services company active for more than 70 years, is recruiting a Senior Site Engineer (Mechanical) for a fixed-term, full-time position in Kuwait. The engineer manages the project site team and reports directly to the PMC Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

Manage the project site team and establish the project field office.
Implement PMC project procedures for interfacing between client site personnel and the PC contractor.
Monitor and support the PC contractor so that construction activities do not damage personnel, equipment or the environment.
Ensure the project is completed in line with the design and meets design specifications.

Required profile

At least 15 years of multi-discipline construction industry experience, of which 5 years in a similar position.
Preferred candidates live in Kuwait.
