Senior Subcontracts Administrator

About the role

The Senior Subcontracts Administrator will manage subcontracts and related activities for V2X across CONUS and OCONUS locations. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, FAR/DFARS clauses, and customer requirements while protecting V2X’s legal and financial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, and conduct cost/price analysis.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute subcontracts, incorporating clauses, technical specifications, and statements of work.
• Maintain compliant subcontract files and document performance using the Subcontract Past Performance Rating System (SPPRS).
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to contract terms, cost, schedule, and mission requirements.
• Provide contractual guidance to program management and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with functional areas and locations to ensure compliance with V2X policies and the Corporate Procurement Manual.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in subcontract administration and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and corporate purchasing regulations.
• Ability to interpret legal and contractual clauses and make sound judgments.
• Proven track record of managing complex subcontract matters in domestic and contingency environments.
