Senior Training Specialist

About the role

The Senior Training Specialist will design, develop and deliver training programs for a Food and Beverage company in Kuwait, supporting both new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees at different levels, including classroom, on‑the‑job and online sessions.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations and other learning resources.
• Identify training needs and skills gaps through assessments and feedback.
• Monitor employee performance after training and provide follow‑up support.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate external training programs and work with training providers.
• Support the development of e‑learning and digital training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and a good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS/management systems.
• Familiarity with e‑learning platforms and online training tools.
