Showroom Manager – Lead Sales Team & Drive Growth

About the role

The Showroom Manager leads a team of sales professionals, ensuring product promotion, achievement of sales targets, turnover, profit and market share growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational oversight of the showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual sales plans and budgets aligned with business unit strategic goals.
• Monitor actual sales performance against budget and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend yearly marketing and sales strategies, including pricing, stock levels and product mix.
• Set performance targets for revenue, customer satisfaction index, product categories and geographic areas.
• Assist in designing incentive schemes to boost sales and improve profitability.
• Contribute to marketing plans such as product launches, promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure product development and promotional plans are understood and executed across the showroom.
• Recommend ordering schedules based on forecasts, stock levels and sales history.
• Organise showroom layout, parking and product displays to attract customers and optimise traffic flow.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer prospecting database.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and represent the business at senior level.
• Track market changes, competition and legislative updates, reporting to management and recommending actions.
• Monitor vehicle delivery schedules to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Ensure showroom safety complies with TMC standards and local Kuwait regulations.
