Social Media & Content Creator Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media & Content Creator Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will manage social platforms, produce engaging digital content, and help grow our audience across beauty, fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create, film, and edit high‑quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and creative concepts aligned with each brand’s identity.
• Plan, shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, stories, product demos, lifestyle pieces, interviews and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Write captions and copy that match each brand’s tone of voice.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling and coordination across platforms.
• Monitor trends, viral content, hashtags and platform updates.
• Engage with online communities through comments and direct messages.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers and the Marketing team.
• Cover brand events, activations, product launches, photoshoots and campaigns as needed.
• Track performance, prepare monthly reports and provide insights to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and current digital trends.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Arabic.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Flexibility to attend events, photoshoots and campaign activations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience filming, editing and producing digital content.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
