Social Media Executive (Account Associate)

About the role

Bricks is looking for a Social Media Executive who will own the day-to-day social media presence of a portfolio of client brands, from planning and copywriting to production and reporting. You will be the main point of contact between clients and the creative team, turning brand goals into content that looks great, performs well and stays on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, keeping each brand's voice, aesthetic and goals consistent.
• Develop monthly content plans and calendars aligned with client objectives, campaigns and key dates.
• Write engaging copy and captions in both Arabic and English.
• Act as the main client contact: present content plans, gather feedback, manage approvals and keep communication clear and timely.
• Brief and coordinate designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers and others to deliver content on time and to standard.
• Plan and oversee photo and video productions, including shot lists, scheduling, styling, casting, wardrobe, props and on-set coordination.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tools.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, social trends and competitor activity, and bring fresh ideas to clients and the team.
• Manage timelines and priorities across several accounts, flagging risks early and keeping projects on track.

Required profile

• Excellent Arabic and English communication, copywriting, presentation and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and teams simultaneously, work independently and perform under pressure.
• Proactive, accountable and able to work extended hours when projects or productions require it.

Required skills

• Content production, photography, video, styling, casting, wardrobe and props.
• Familiarity with social media publishing, scheduling, analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong project-management and production-planning capabilities.
