Social Media Manager / Executive / Specialist

About the role

Armada Group is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow the digital presence of its fashion and retail brands. You will develop engaging content, execute campaigns, and drive audience interaction to support commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, X and YouTube.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars covering collections, promotions, events and brand initiatives.
• Produce short‑form video and visual content such as Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and posts.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, influencers and internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor fashion, lifestyle and social media trends to generate relevant content ideas.
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages and customer inquiries.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Support paid social campaigns by coordinating content, targeting and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in social media, digital or content marketing, preferably in fashion retail or consumer brands.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance creative storytelling with measurable business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, X and YouTube platforms.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and CapCut for content creation.
• Ability to analyze social media KPIs and generate performance reports.
