Social Media Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Kuwait City

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join our team in Kuwait City. You will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content, driving social campaigns, and building a vibrant online community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across multiple social platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns and manage the content calendar.
• Optimize posts for reach and engagement, monitor performance metrics and analytics.
• Handle community management – respond to messages, comments and engage with followers, partners, influencers and brand collaborators.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure social content aligns with brand guidelines, client projects and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO experience with proven audience growth.
• Ability to craft platform‑specific content strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Experience in visual storytelling and basic photography/videography aesthetics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in creative industries (photography, videography, fashion, events) is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent practical experience.
