About the role

Informatique Education is seeking a Software Implementer to join its on‑site team in Kuwait. You will support the deployment and configuration of education‑technology solutions for universities and other academic institutions.

Key responsibilities

Assist clients in gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot software solutions to ensure successful implementation.
Provide user training and post‑deployment support.
Collaborate with internal teams to adapt solutions to specific educational processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems or a related field.
Previous experience in software or system implementation and application support.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work directly with clients.
Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
