About the role

Informatique Education is seeking a Software Implementer to join its on‑site team in Kuwait. You will support the deployment and configuration of education‑technology solutions for universities and other academic institutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist clients in gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot software solutions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide user training and post‑deployment support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt solutions to specific educational processes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems or a related field.
  • Previous experience in software or system implementation and application support.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work directly with clients.
  • Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
