Software Project Management Executive

About the role

We are looking for a high‑potential Software Project Management Executive to support global technology programs. The position provides structured training, hands‑on exposure to international projects, and a clear pathway to a full‑time technical program management role.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and tracking of multiple technical programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to align deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
• Track progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Assist in requirement gathering, workflow documentation, and solution alignment.
• Drive meeting cadences, document minutes, and close action items.

Required profile

• Computer Science graduate or final‑year student.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and systems thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
