Solutions Delivery Architect

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Solutions Delivery Architect to lead the design and delivery of customer solutions within its Professional Services team. You will act as the design authority, ensuring that each solution meets functional, non‑functional, security, and operational requirements from post‑sale validation through to user acceptance and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end post‑sale design journey, validating requirements, overseeing UAT, and ensuring smooth hand‑over.
• Provide technical leadership to regional Professional Services teams across AI/ML automation, custom development, and low‑code/no‑code orchestration.
• Maintain solution integrity by assessing and authorising design changes during implementation.
• Collaborate with the global Enterprise Architecture team to develop and apply standard reference architectures and design patterns.
• Partner with Solution Architects, pre‑sales, and regional operations to serve as the trusted design partner for customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering global digital solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Specialist knowledge of Content and Information Management technologies.
• Strong customer engagement and influencing skills, able to build trust with senior technical stakeholders.
