Spa Attendant

About the role

As a Spa Attendant at Hilton you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the spa, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment. You will contribute to the overall guest experience by delivering friendly service and maintaining the spa’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude, respond promptly to requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment rooms and equipment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and restock towels, refreshments and other amenities.
• Observe spa usage, report concerns and help maintain a safe atmosphere.
• Process guest payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards and redeem gift certificates.
• Support the spa team with general duties to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic transaction processing.
