About the role

The Spa Manager will lead all aspects of the spa’s daily operations, ensuring a high‑quality experience for clients while driving revenue and team performance. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and customer‑focused service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff to achieve spa goals.
• Set performance goals and KPIs, conduct regular staff meetings, reviews, and provide recognition.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address client concerns promptly, and ensure all required forms are completed.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotions, drive sales through up‑selling, and analyze market trends.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide staff training on latest spa trends, techniques, and products.
• Manage administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, and client record maintenance.
