Spa Manager – Luxury Wellness Department

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the spa and wellness department at Grand Hyatt Kuwait, ensuring it operates efficiently and aligns with the brand’s luxury standards. You will create memorable experiences for discerning guests, anticipating their needs and fostering lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring compliance with Grand Hyatt strategies and brand standards.
• Provide hands‑on support and guidance to the spa team to deliver premium wellness experiences.
• Develop and maintain luxury spa offerings that position the venue as a leading wellness destination.
• Ensure guest, colleague, and owner expectations are consistently met.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager in a 5‑star luxury spa.
• Proven leadership in luxury hospitality operations.
• Completed an accredited program in massage and beauty therapy.
• At least 2 years’ experience performing massage and beauty treatments in a resort or hotel spa (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.
