Specialist – Digital Business

About the role

The Specialist – Digital Business will act as the Product Owner for NBK’s digital banking channels, driving the design, development and delivery of innovative digital products and services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys and translate requirements into actionable user stories for agile development squads.
• Monitor digital banking KPIs (active users, penetration, sales performance) and analyse results to optimise product performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, risk and compliance to guarantee regulatory compliance of all digital offerings.
• Lead training and coaching initiatives for front‑line staff to increase digital adoption and reduce branch traffic.
• Conduct market research, benchmark trends and propose new digital solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital banking or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, gather insights and translate them into product requirements.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
