Specialist Gastroenterologist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Consultant/Specialist with strong expertise in endoscopy and gastrointestinal procedures to deliver high‑quality patient care and manage complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
• Develop treatment plans, provide patient follow‑up and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support junior medical staff as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s/Post‑graduate qualification in Gastroenterology or a relevant specialty.
• Several years of post‑graduation experience at consultant or specialist level.
• Specialized endoscopy training or a 6‑12 month Endoscopy Fellowship.
• GCI & GCA accreditation (mandatory).
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication and decision‑making skills.
