Specialist - Marketing and Advertising

About the role

The Specialist will drive KDD’s digital marketing and advertising initiatives across multiple online channels. The focus is on boosting brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting overall business growth through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media, search engines, display advertising, and email platforms.
• Maintain social media content calendars, publish posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Develop and launch advertising campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, offering recommendations for optimisation.
• Perform SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
• Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors to support promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign expenditures, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare regular reports on audience engagement and digital marketing KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising, FMCG marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online advertising is preferred.
