Speech and Language Therapist (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive assessment and therapeutic services to children and adults with communication and feeding disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and swallowing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, and feeding difficulties.
• Provide early-intervention services for young children and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and stuttering.
• Document clinical findings and progress reports in clear, professional English.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and pursue ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy with appropriate licensure or eligibility.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention across a range of communication disorders.
• Excellent English proficiency and ability to produce detailed clinical reports.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
