About the role

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team on a day shift schedule, including occasional weekend coverage. The role involves delivering comprehensive communication services to a diverse and complex patient population across all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of varying ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practice guidelines.
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Complete all required facility competencies and demonstrate independence in clinical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license for Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the onboarding period).
• Ability to work day shifts with occasional weekend days.
