Speech Pathologist – Day Shift

About the role

This full‑time position provides speech‑language therapy to a complex patient population on a day shift schedule, with occasional weekend coverage. The role requires independent, accountable care delivery and a commitment to professional growth within the Speech Pathology department.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across all ages.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability while delivering care to complex cases.
• Complete all facility competencies and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide services on scheduled days and occasional weekend days as needed.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Ability to work day shifts with flexibility for weekend coverage.
