About the role
The Senior Key Accounts Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of direct sales channels. This role focuses on expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the company remains price‑competitive while delivering strong ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Develop direct sales channels to contribute to revenue growth.
- Meet sales targets by deploying optimal sales strategies.
- Grow and develop existing customer accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase the customer base.
- Negotiate contracts and BDA while maintaining healthy ROI and price competitiveness.
- Execute the full sales process: planning, needs evaluation, solution recommendation, closing, and follow‑through.
- Prepare business plans for institutional sales through tendering processes.
- Maintain revenue goals and achieve targeted performance.
- Plan monthly sales activities and national initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a result‑oriented mindset.
- Creative thinker with problem‑solving abilities.
- Confident personality with high leadership potential.
- University degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar FMCG role.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
