About the role
Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Steward and play a vital part in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will keep the kitchen and dining areas spotless, support banquet services, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and polish all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness through mopping, waste removal, and routine sanitation.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and special events.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols, handling hazardous substances safely.
- Report any hazards or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Train and mentor new team members to strengthen overall performance.
