Store Associate - Health, Fitness & Wellness

About the role

RIZE, a growing Kuwaiti health and wellness brand selling supplements, sports nutrition and everyday wellness products online and in-store, is hiring a full-time Store Associate. The associate runs daily store operations, delivers excellent customer service and keeps the store clean, stocked and secure. The basic salary is 350 KD, with commission based on sales achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle store opening and closing procedures and daily operations
• Deliver customer service and drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
• Process POS transactions and cash or card payments
• Maintain stock levels, shelf presentation and pricing accuracy, and report reorder needs
• Check product quality, including damage and expiry, and help with loss prevention
• Complete shift handovers and daily reporting, and support product launches, promotions and display setups
• Build relationships with repeat customers and stay up to date on product knowledge, new arrivals and nutrition trends
• Carry out monthly and annual inventory audits, maintain petty cash and its transactions

Required profile

• Bilingual Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Experience in the health, fitness, sports or nutrition industry (required)
• Valid, transferable residency (Article 18 or Article 22) in Kuwait
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required skills

• Comfortable with cash handling and POS/payment systems
• Sales-driven, with strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, able to follow structured checklists, and a team player

What we offer

• Basic salary of 350 KD
• Commission: 1% on sales achievement and 2% on 120% sales achievement
• 8-hour rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
