Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow its presence in Kuwait. The role is office-based five days a week and covers the full sales cycle, from building a pipeline to closing deals with salons, barbershops, spas and clinics. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and drive new business growth in the Kuwait market
• Reach out to key decision-makers by phone, email and social media, and respond quickly to qualified inbound leads
• Own the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation and close
• Analyse each partner's needs and position the right Fresha solutions
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience and share insights on market trends
• Act as a trusted commercial contact for partners and help them grow

Required profile

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of results
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable
• Natural relationship builder who turns prospects into long-term partners
• Organised, able to manage several opportunities at once
• Curious and eager to learn
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
