Store Manager – Retail (Sandro/Maje) – The Avenues Mall

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Sandro and Maje boutique at The Avenues Mall, driving sales growth, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and retain a high‑performing team, conducting weekly meetings and daily briefings.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality customer service through coaching, performance monitoring and on‑floor presence.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotions and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Achieve sales, payroll, shrink and conversion targets while controlling expenses.
• Manage inventory, loss‑prevention measures and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience with a proven record of meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with team members at all levels.
• Good command of English.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
