Studio Manager - Facial Fitness Studio

About the role

WAJH Society is Kuwait's first gym studio dedicated to facial fitness, offering programmed facial workouts targeting over 40 facial muscles, lymphatic drainage and performance technologies such as EMS and red light, alongside natural permanent beauty artistry. It is located at The H Tower in Sharq, Kuwait City, open seven days a week. The Studio Manager is a full-time, on-site role in the Kuwait City metropolitan area, responsible for the daily operations of the studio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee studio scheduling, staff coordination and service delivery so clients have a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.
• Lead and support the team, manage performance and ensure adherence to WAJH standards, policies and brand guidelines.
• Monitor studio cleanliness and readiness, track inventory and supplies, and handle client inquiries and feedback.
• Resolve operational issues promptly.
• Drive sales and membership growth, support marketing initiatives and report on key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and studio expansion plans.

Required profile

• Experience in fitness, wellness, beauty or hospitality environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by studio operations.
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, hospitality, management or a related field is an advantage.
