Swimming Pool Supervisor – Women’s Programs

About the role

The Swimming Pool Supervisor will design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for women’s groups, ensure strict safety standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming pool environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead swimming lessons for beginners to advanced swimmers.
• Instruct group and private aquatic fitness classes such as aqua aerobics and water yoga.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide clear, concise instruction.
• Motivate participants and track their progress.
• Maintain pool logs, equipment records, and schedule pool time.
• Perform light pool maintenance and replace equipment as needed.
• Enforce pool rules, monitor capacity, and respond to emergencies according to protocol.

Required profile

• Minimum certification as a Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience teaching swimming lessons.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and work both independently and within a team.
