About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment function, aligning its objectives with the broader Human Resources and Administration strategy. This role ensures that hiring activities support the company’s strategic and financial goals while maintaining budgetary discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor KPIs for the Talent Acquisition function in line with departmental goals.
- Review operating results and implement corrective actions for under‑performance.
- Assist in preparing the annual talent acquisition budget and ensure adherence to targets.
- Design, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for recruitment.
- Lead manpower planning, identifying short‑ and long‑term staffing needs.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, offers, contracts, onboarding, and probation management.
- Maintain a categorized talent pool database for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct executive‑level interviews and advise senior management on candidate suitability.
- Manage job postings across multiple channels, monitoring response quality, cost, and effectiveness.
- Coordinate reference and background checks for all candidates.
- Ensure new‑joiner orientation programs convey company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports such as turnover, employee issues, and manpower mapping.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a talent acquisition or recruitment function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and track performance metrics.
- Experience budgeting and controlling recruitment costs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and executive candidates.
- Ability to design and enforce recruitment policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
